Wifi                       
Wi-Fi is a wireless networking technology that allows computers and other devices to communicate over a wireless signal.

Router       
A router is a hardware device that directs traffic between networks and devices.

Network        
A network consists of multiple devices that communicate with one another. It can be as small as two computers or as large as billions of devices.
      

Mac/Macintosh   

Macintosh is a line of desktop and laptop computers developed by Apple that run Mac Operating System also known as Mac OS for short.

Windows
    
Windows is a desktop operating system developed by Microsoft.

Operating Systems/OS
An operating system, or "OS," is software that communicates with the hardware and allows other programs to run.

Hardware
   
Computer hardware refers to the physical parts of a computer and related devices.

Software    
Computer software is a general term that describes computer programs.

Monitor
The term "monitor" is often used synonymously with "computer screen" or "display." The monitor displays the computer's user interface and open programs, allowing the user to interact with the computer, typically using the keyboard and mouse.

UI/User Interface
A user interface, also called a "UI" or simply an "interface," is the means in which a person controls a software application or hardware device.
